Katy Murr

​Director

Katy Murr trained as a conference interpreter at the University of Geneva and began her career with international organisations in Geneva, including the World Health Organization.

Her professional experience spans arts outreach with the BBC, Tate Galleries and the British Council, executive communication coaching for business leaders, and consultancy work for InTent, André Hoffmann’s sustainability platform.

Having grown up in the UK and worked across Germany, Switzerland and Latin America, Katy brings a strong cross-cultural perspective and a proven ability to build trust across diverse teams.

Dr. Martin Ndengera

Co-Medical Director

Dr Martin Ndengera is a board-certified radiologist trained at the University of Geneva (UNIGE) and the Geneva University Hospitals (HUG). He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Radiological Technology.

He currently serves as Founder and Executive Director of a medical technology company, Aida Medical.

 

His background combines clinical practice, research, and leadership in healthcare innovation, providing him with a comprehensive, hands-on understanding of radiology workflows and clinical imaging practice.

Dr. Patricia Villa

Co-Medical Director

Ana Patricia Villa Maldonado, MD is a radiologist specialized in breast imaging, with nearly 25 years of professional experience in Clinical Practice, Health Services Management and Global Health.

She holds a Master’s degree in Hospital and Health Services Management and has extensive experience in the development of breast imaging units, quality assurance, and image-guided procedures. Patricia provides strategic advisory services in artificial​intelligence (AI) and implementation of information and communication technologies (ICTs) applied to health services management and diagnostic imaging.

 

She currently serves as Coordinator of the Mammography Quality Committee of the Colombian Association of Radiology.

John Sendanyoye

Advisory

John Sendanyoye is a former International Labour Organization official who retired from the organization in 2017 after a 27-year career. At the time of retirement, he headed the Public and Private Services Team of the Sectoral Policies Department. Prior to that, Mr Sendanyoye also served as senior programming officer with the ILO’s Regional Office for Africa, based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, and subsequently held similar responsibilities at the Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific, based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Mr Sendanyoye holds a Masters of Business Administration from Business School Lausanne, Switzerland.

He has authorised a wide range of ILO publications on the social and labour implications in different sectors from various global trends.

Meyrem El Hanbali

Advisory

Meryem El Hanbali is a project management and operations consultant who helps organisations turn complex ideas into actionable projects.

She holds a Master’s degree in Finance and began her career in Japan as a process consultant in the automotive industry, before joining Grant Thornton as a strategic and organisational consultant.

She later worked with various organisations, specialising in operational improvement and cross-functional project delivery.

Priya Gajraj

Advisory

Priya Gajraj is a senior international executive with over 25 years of leadership in development, humanitarian, and governance programs across Africa, Asia, and UN Headquarters. She is skilled in leading large-scale development initiatives that deliver measurable impact in fragile and complex environments.

 

Priya is accomplished in strengthening institutional capacity, mobilizing resources, and building multi-stakeholder partnerships, bringing strategic guidance and proven results across the global development landscape.
