Project Overview

This national breast cancer screening programme improves access to early detection
services across both urban and rural Rwanda.​

  • Rural areas: mobile screening units bringing imaging directly to communities

  • Urban areas: screening through existing hospitals and health centres

  • Diagnostics: AI-assisted imaging analysis and remote specialist review

  • Training: remote and on-site training for radiographers and clinicians
